Menu trends come and go and most are really just gimmicks. But one trend we LOVE and hope to see more of is Street Corn.

While no one knows where it truly started, Street Corn is a simple and tasty concept. Take a steamed or grilled corn, put toppings on it usually including Mexican Cotija cheese (a farmer cheese), and enjoy.
