Charcuterie Boards have fast become one of the most popular appetizer items, as it can be ordered as a small plate for one or expanded upon to an entree.  Great with wine, beer or even iced tea, charcuterie boards are versatile and can be build out and expanded with cheese, fruits pickled vegetables (my favorite accompaniment ) and even candied nuts.

On Monday, It will be FIVE years since the amazing renovation at the Oak Long Bar at the Fairmont Copley Plaza. I have been visiting for years, back when it was called the Oak Room and during the time they tried to keep it unchanged. I love the new renovations and often meet clients and friends there.
